July 19-26, 2025

What We Do For You

Get you to the start and from the finish

On Saturday, July 19, we’ll drive from Marshalltown to the start town. Once the ride is over on Saturday, July 26, we’ll drive from the end town back to Marshalltown. We transport all our riders in air-conditioned coach buses and their bikes and gear in a semi-truck.

Provide a place to park in Marshalltown

Riders may park their vehicle for free at the Marshalltown Community College during the week of RAGBRAI. (The college parking lot is also where we will meet for departure and return.)

Move your gear

We have a ~24’ Budget truck and drivers in charge of transporting riders’ gear from campsite to campsite throughout the week of RAGBRAI.

Reserve a campsite

We reserve a campsite in advance in each overnight town, and a member of our crew will drive to the next site early each morning. Riders will be given pindrops to each campsite location.

Provide other amenities and services

Included in your charter experience: portable toilets, electronic device charging station, ice water, coolers of pop and sports drinks, plastic patio-type chairs, shade from pop-up canopies, and air pumps and other bike tools for minor repairs

Provide a community

IVBC has been serving RAGBRAI riders since 1975. As part of our charter, you will be greeted by our community of friendly faces each day of the ride.

All riders must have wristbands per RAGBRAI charter policy.
